docs(quality-house): drop reMarkable W1 to 2 after firsthand test
reMarkable 2 with Type Folio tested less responsive than Freewrite Smart Typewriter (Sailfish). With Smart at 3, reMarkable drops one notch to 2. Total: reMarkable 42 → 41, now tied with Smart at 41.
