Wires create/update/delete events to indexNote/removeNote alongside the existing webhook dispatch via Promise.allSettled, so search-index failures cannot break webhook delivery. Calls ensureIndex once at startup behind a try/catch so a transient OpenSearch outage does not crash the listener.
