chore(sd): drop Spike 3 CMD59 diagnostic logging

The per-command sdmmc/sdspi DEBUG logs only existed to diagnose the CMD59
init failure, now resolved (verified 2026-07-11). Remove the build-time log
ceiling and the runtime esp_log_level_set block.
