docs(macroplan): record v0.6 markdown complete in core (0.6.0)

Browse Source 
Mark v0.6 delivered (core, host-tested; on-device gate pending): the
snippet engine, the Cmd-P/>/$ palette split retiring :e, and the just
init catalog. Note the →/≠ ISO-8859-15 caveat.
